How We’re Handling COVID-19

To our Your Community Dental Family,

Like so many of you, we have spent the last several days and weeks learning about COVID-19 and how it is impacting our world, country and local communities.  We want to let you know what we are doing to protect everyone in and around our practice right now.

We take pride in our Infection Control, which strictly follows the recommendations form the CDC and ADA.  Our employees and doctors utilize proper hand hygiene and are encouraged to stay home if they feel sick.  To our patients, if you or your child is feeling sick, we ask you to reschedule your appointment or your child’s appointment if you to they feel unwell, feverish, has a cough, or even a mild flu like symptoms.

Our goal is to keep you our patient and employees safe.  We ask that you please respect these initiatives as our office make necessary adjustments to our routine.

To minimize the number of people in our office, we respectfully request you limit the numbers of siblings, friends, or relatives you bring to yours or your child’s dental appointment.

We ask you respect our decision to allow only 1 parent back into the clinical area with their child’s appointment.

In these times of heightened awareness, to not shake hands, a simple smile is best.

In addition to our standard levels of hospital grade sterilization and disinfection after every patient visit, our team is disinfecting our common areas every 2 hours.  Hand sanitizer is placed throughout the office for your use.

Your Community Dental Team strives to make our office a very safe place to continue administering care for our patients.
