Plan Pricing:
- First Family Member: $360
- Additional Family Member: $230
Plan Includes: (Per Patient, Per Year)
- 3 exams total. In addition to your 2 six-month check-up exams, you can have one additional exam. (Example: You have a toothache and you need an emergency exam)
- 2 Cleanings
- 1 Panoramic x-ray
- 1 Set of bite-wing x-rays, plus 2 periapical x-rays (PA’s)
- 1 Diagnostic x-ray (Example: When you come in for your toothache exam, the dentist takes an x-ray of that tooth to help with the diagnostic)
- 15% Discount on Other Comprehensive Services
